Our design team uses the latest in 3D modeling software to design and draw each machine and component that we fabricate. We also can provide extensive 3D sales drawings with our quotations allowing our clients to visualize the equipment before ever placing an order.
Below is the drawing of a bin we designed for a tier two automotive parts manufacturer. They had a problem with reject parts (seconds) making it back with the parts ready for shipment to their customer. The part was an odd shape and they wanted bins that were easy to throw the parts into, but that only someone with a key could remove them. It was custom designed to hold one of their standard plastic waste bins. The 3D model and drawing below are what was provided to them to review with the quote.
In the event that we are quoting equipment that will be integrated into an existing setup we will come and take site measurements of both existing equipment and building layouts if required.
