Bin Dumpers

Weening Brothers Mfg has designed and fabricated a large variety of bin dumpers. Any style dumper is available in mild or stainless steel construction. Dumpers are available with any discharge height required to fit any size wood or plastic bin.

Dual Stage Single Bin Dumper

Weening Brothers Mfg. recently designed this dumper for customers where space is limited and high production is necessary. This dumper has the time savings benefits associated with a double dumper without the need for a 8’ – 12’ wide hopper. The dual stage single bin dumper allows the operator to load the full bin before having to remove the empty bin, thus eliminating redundant box handling. This frees up the operators time and saves fuel costs. This dumper is available with a box counting feature and can also be equipped to weigh each box giving daily totals. This dumper also incorporates a unique feature if dumping the box a full 180 degrees ensuring all product has fallen out of the box. ( back to top )

Double Bin Dumper

The Weening Brothers Mfg. double bin dumper is basically two single dumpers mounted on a common frame side by side. The big advantage of a double dumper is that cycle times can be increased as the operator can change one bin while the other bin is dumping. The dumper pictured was custom designed for a customer to feed an in-ground pit that had a wall about 3’ above grade. The customer wanted as little drop into the water as possible so the dumper was designed to pivot around the wall and dump right at the surface of the water. ( back to top )

Standard Bin Dumper

Our standard conventional bin dumper has a hand operated control mounted directly on the dumper. It is made to handle 48” wide boxes 36” – 48” tall with an simple adjustment. This dumper is available in sizes to feed hoppers from 50” high and up. Larger hoppers may require the dumper to be mounted on a sub frame to raise it up. Our standard single bin dumper can be custom made to suit any size box.

Custom Side Load Vertical Lift Dumper

Custom made bin dumpers can also be designed and fabricated. The dumper pictured here was designed to fit an application where the dumper had to be side loaded by a pump cart. The box had to first be raised vertically and then rotated forward several feet to feed the existing hopper.
