Our experience in manufacturing and design of vegetable handling equipment is extensive. We have designed and built equipment for nearly all aspects of the vegetable industry, from harvesting to processing to bagging equipment for a wide range of produce such as carrots, onions, potatoes, garlic, apples, oranges, mushrooms, spinach, and more.
Our design and engineering staff use the latest in 3D CAD software to model each piece of equipment we build giving an extensive visual for both the customer and ourselves before any manufacturing takes place. Once the design is finalized and approved by the customer, shop fabrication drawings and bill of materials are created for the manufacturing process to begin.
Often times 3D sales drawings are provided with a quotation to help the customer get a feel for what the custom designed product or complete line will look like. This also allows us to confirm critical dimensions with the customer to ensure that the finished product is installed smoothly and fits together with any other equipment that may exist.
In the event that we are quoting equipment that will be integrated into an existing setup we will come and take site measurements of both existing equipment and building layouts if required. We then provide both 3D models as well as dimensioned plan and side views of the setup with new and existing equipment.
