We offer several job shop services related to the metal working industry. Our plant is well equipped with sheet metal cutting & bending equipment as well as drilling, punching cutting, machining and painting capabilities. We have a large inventory of both mild and stainless steel sheets, tube, flat bar and much more. Below are a list of fabrication related services we can provide.
We have a fully equipped shop to provide you with a wide range of custom products such as, frames, brackets, bins, guarding, railings, mezzanines and much more. We can work from your drawings, hand sketches or even verbal descriptions in some cases. If required our engineering department can create full working shop drawings for customer approval before fabrication begins.
Often times we repair broken machinery or components for customers as well. Most times repairs are done in shop, however we will do onsite repairs if required. From repairing and reinforcing a cracked frame to completely rebuilding a machine, you can call us for your repair requirements.
We offer shearing and breakforming services on both customer supplied material or our material. We can shear sheet from 18ga to plate upto 3/8” thick by 10’ long. We stock a wide variety of sheet and plate in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum and if we don’t have what you require we would be happy to order it in and can usually have it the next day.
Our shop is also equipped with manual machining equipment, for high volume components we work closely with a fully equipped CNC machine shop as well. We also stock a wide range of round and flat bar stock in mild, stainless and aluminum and can usually get what we don’t have in stock the next day.
We also offer several types of profile cutting services as well. Our CNC plasma & flame cutter are perfect for cutting sheet and plate and for applications requiring a tight tolerance we also offer laser cutting services. We can work from your drawings or DXF files or we can create drawings in house for your approval.
We can also provide onsite repair, modification and installation services, from installing our own equipment to performing site measurements for guarding, railings or bollards to complete plant layout. Our well equipped shop, in house design team as well as our large inventory of bearings, sprockets, motors, hydraulic components and vast list of suppliers offers a solid backing to our onsite services.
We also offer cut to size steel sales to our customers. Our inventory includes mild carbon steel, stainless steel and some aluminum products as well. We stock sheet, plate, hollow structural tube, flat bar, angle, round bar and more in a wide range of sizes. We will cut any material to the size you require. Please call ahead to place you steel order to allow our warehouse time to process the order.
